It was truly a wonderful event. The Annual Men's Health Fair was held at Northview High School in Dothan, Alabama and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Rho Upsilon Lambda Chapter was there to lend a helping hand. Brothers who turned out to help where as follows: Bro. Janasky Fleming, Bro. Jerome Bellamy, Bro. Larry Simmons, Bro. Wallace Smith, Bro. Earl C. Jones, Jr., Bro. Mackroyce Corbitt, and Bro. Jamar Walton. The health fair was a huge success with a very large turnout. Everything from blood work to eye exams were available FREE for the men to have done. Also, if the men were alabama residents and between the ages of 40 & 75, they could receive a FREE rectal exam through a Grant received by the state of Alabama. |
